Membership Terms and Conditions
  1. By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing according to the subscription plan you select at checkout.
  2. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled by the subscriber through their account, and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  3. No partial refunds are provided for unused time or mailed items once a billing cycle has begun and a monthly mailer has been prepared or sent.
  4. Each subscription delivery always includes a sourdough recipe card; additional materials such as letters or paper keepsakes may vary by month and are included at our discretion.
  5. While we take care to package and mail items responsibly, Wild Bluebell Homestead is not liable for delays, losses, or damage caused by postal services, customs processes, or events beyond our control.
  6. If a monthly letter mail delivery is lost or does not arrive, please contact us and we will send a replacement mailer so you do not miss that month, subject to reasonable verification.
  7. Wild Bluebell Homestead reserves the right to adjust pricing, subscription structure, or availability with reasonable notice.
  8. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider, and we do not store or have access to your payment details.
  9. To operate this subscription, we collect limited personal information such as your name, email address, and mailing address, which is used solely for subscription management, communication, and fulfillment.
  10. We do not sell, rent, or share subscriber data with third parties for marketing purposes.
